I, Katey Brigham (@TheVioletFog) have been a writer and reporter for over a decade, and everything you hear is from my own framework. I aim to inspire and motivate people to learn about their own health and bio-individuality as I learn about mine. And like me, your path to healing it‘s going to be very unique. There is no one size fits all approach to help; at least there really shouldn‘t be. So how do you get there? How do you get on your own healing path? We explore that. This is not medical advice. It‘s simply what has worked for me. Expect stories, research, and how I draw conclusions.
